Will HP replace my constantly-crashing laptop for free?

My laptop constantly crashes despite about 5 fresh installs of Windows 11. It is still under HP warranty for about a month. I bought it from Walmart. I still haven't been able to contact HP during their open hours due to being an extraordinarily busy high school student, athlete, and full time college student struggling to pass classes, which this goddamn piece of shit laptop is not helping with. Do you think HP would be willing to replace it?

Can't really be bothered to get the specs exactly but it's an HP Victus something, not that it really matters in this case imo
