Will the new bill increase tuition?

Hey, I hope you are doing well.

Idk if someone has already covered this or not, but if they are planning on penalizing students for the tuition they charge, will that jack up tuitions?

I mean the answer is probably yes, but I am really looking for the mechanics of that and someone smart to give me an idea of how exactly that would work and what to note about it. I am about to start dental school, and am concerned how tuition may look next year.
