Could 900,000 Chinese Tang Dynasty soldiers have conquered North America and defeated all the American and Canadian armies in 1820?

They appeared in 1820 in what is now the state of Louisiana.

Their forces are mostly infantry, but they do have 50,000 cavalry.

They would conquer areas and build cities. Their supplies would come from the local people and rice farming.

They also had Chinese peasants as reinforcements after the city was built.

Will they be able to defeat the US and Canadian forces and take over North America?
