help..

okay so around November last year (its may right now), I got my instagram account suspended for violating community guidelines and I've been emailing them begging to just let me make a new account, It banned all of my other accounts and then I was unable to create an account without it getting banned in a span of like 2-10 minutes. I figured that when I get a laptop I could just make an insta account on it and it worked but it's so flipping frustrating to just use insta on my laptop. I recently tried to try make an account again on my phone and it literally keeps saying im violating the guidelines but it's LITERALLY A NEW ACCOUNT!! do you guys have any suggestions on what I should do to be able to make an account on my phone!!?
