Shaky eyelids — what is this?

Hello,

So, I've suffered with shaky top eyelids since I was a teenager. As soon as I close my eyes it's like uncontrollable twitching like my eyes are just moving rapidly with them closed. To the point I couldn't even pretend to play dead if I wanted to because they twitch like this. Eyelash appointments are a nightmare. Does anybody know what this is? It's like I'm constantly blinking when my eyes are closed and I don't know what to do or what this could be.
