Nightmares

He made me feel so disgusting and used. I woke up after seeing him in a nightmare & haven’t been able to go back to sleep. Flashbacks make me want to crawl out of my skin. He made me feel less than human. He violated me. I was already hurting and alone and traumatized before him. He made things worse. So much worse. All he did was confirm how I was always made to feel by others. It hurts. It’s like a stab in the gut.
