22F: Should i be worried about a dark wart/spot near genital area?

Hi everyone, I am 22 AFAB, going through my menstrual cycle rn as I type this. I currently take no medications except vitamin pills. My BMI is underweight, ~45 kg, 160 cm height

While i was changing my napkin, i noticed a black bump near my genital area, specifically around where my pubic hair grows. The inner voice won, and i squeezed it out, thinking it was an ingrown hair (reflecting now, I shouldn't have done that as it would bring possible infections)

When it came out, it didn't look much of hair or a hair follicle or even a blackhead. It was small, dark, hard to touch but slightly malleable. Link to picture is below

My skin left an opening which slightly bled, like a pimple.

So far from my readings, it could be angiokeratoma, but I could be wrong. If there is anyone who can confirm or deny, it would be appreciated.

I would also like to know of there is a treatment or recommended things to do for this going forward.

If there are additional things i can add, let me know.
