i (19m) think a classmate (19f) likes me but im not sure how to procede?

hope this is the right place to ask aboutthis, so the reason i think that is that we keep sharing eye contact ( i mean it im not being delusional about it), and she keeps trying to strike small talk whenever we're close (we share some classes together), i wouldnt say that i like her or anything but if what i think is true i wouldnt mind actually getting to know each other and seeing how it goes. thing is im not really sure how to procede about this.
