Northeastern green line harassment

Hi, yesterday I had a very scary experience and I am just looking for some advice. I was on my way to an interview, was wearing a suit and on the phone with my mom. Nothing really notable, just waiting for a train at the northeastern green line station. Some random lady started screaming at me that i was “blocking her view of the trains” and got all up in my face and screaming at me. I didn’t approach her or instigate anything. I think I ended up having a panic attack on the train (I’ve never had one before so I’m not sure if that’s what it was) and was shaking like a leaf walking into my interview. I am now finding myself pretty scared to be on my own college’s campus for fear of another instance like that. What can I do in the future to prevent this? Call NUPD? Change into my suit in a restroom closer to the location to not stand out? It’s extremely jarring as someone who grew up in the woods and I don’t want to be scared just going about my day.
