I pre ordered the collectors edition

As the title says I pre ordered the collectors edition like a month ago. I’m from the UK and yesterday I got my email from UPS saying it should be here Friday. Then I wake up today to another email from UPS saying I need to pay £71 for delivery and taxes. I was just wondering whether anyone is getting similar charges because no where when I pre ordered did it mention having to pay an extra 30 odd percent for delivery.
