Wheel Making Noise?

Can someone help me? The rear left wheel of the car keeps making this odd noise. We’ve already checked the tire and it’s perfectly fine, we thought it was the caliper scraping on the wheel so we replaced it and it’s still making the noise afterwards. This is a 2012 Honda Civic Ex. Can someone please help me or tell me what they think the noise is?
