I need help with my 2009 pc

I got a mai GeForce gtx 1050 ti connected it to monitor using DVI cable (3x5 1 flat line) and the monitor gets no signal from the gpu, I got an adapter for my battery to it (500W) my motherboard is A780L3C my procesor AMD ANTHLOM x250 II or smth like that. What's wrong?
