Youtube is not deleting my channel

Hello there. I have an old channel of mine that I made when I was underage and that I want to delete from Youtube. Since I don't have any login details (even forgot email), I got in contact with Youtube and after explaining the situation, they sent me the following email:

I responded to that the same day, but they never deleted the channel. After 2 weeks, I did the same process and got to the same point where they'd ask me to sign and send my ID, but again, nothing happened.

I'm afraid the process is stuck after they confirm they will delete my channel and NOTHING happens. This seems to be an error from the Youtube team. I need this channel removed since it's being used for harassment reasons.

Any thoughts or experiences? How can I move forward? I feel helpless. Thanks in advance.
