Where do I even start?
If I was interested in buying a home, where would I even start? Regarding the outlook of me realistically affording a home, my savings, programs to help me afford a home, etc.
For context: I'm a disabled, late-twenties, part-time, minimum wage worker that is dependent somewhat on family. I can't afford school, am physically incapable of working full time, and struggle to find higher-grade employment due to disability. Between bills, day-to-day costs of living, and healthcare costs - I live paycheck to paycheck; I have no savings. I have four-figures of medical/disability price tag (credit card) debt, I'm slowly paying it off, but I am trying to pay it off.
Is there any hope for me? Or am I cooked?
