Progesterone at 9 weeks 2 days

Hi guys, I have been having brown spotting on and off. My 8 weeks ultrasound was measuring on tract and the doctor found a small (less than 1 cm) sub chorionic hematoma and she believes this is the reason. But I had her check my progesterone and she wanted it to be 20 or greater and it was 18.24. The reference range is so wide. She said she’ll start me on progesterone if it’s less then 20 so just waiting on that call back.

Has anyone else have any similar situations ? This is so stressful as I did not deal with any of this with my first pregnancy.
