Cycling Group Japan

Me and my wife are new to cycling. we started last year of september and only ride on weekends. We do cafe rides most of the time and our longest ride so far is only 60km. Our reason for cycling is mostly for fun and for our health. But recently we're curious about how does it feel to be on a group ride or how does group ride works and etc. We also thought we could learn more if we ride together with another cyclists. My question is are there any groups here around Gunma or Maebashi that we could join? Most of the groups i found here are all mainly competitive.😅
