56 grey divorce - now what?

I reluctantly left my husband, bc of extreme jealousy, controlling and the fact he day dreamed of ways to punish me if I did not obey his wishes. He tracked and timed me when I left the house, which I could not do without permission. Any way, I'm out.... I'm 56 F and have no idea of what to do with my life. Ideas please..... :)
