Choppy sports

I'm using strong, sparkle, and the cheaper onn box. When I watch basketball the motion is choppy or lagging. It just doesn't look smooth. If I use sportzx it's fine. It's not really a big deal, but I'm wondering if there's a setting or something that can be changed to improve it
