I think my In-laws pretend to like me but don't actually like me..

So hi, English is not my first language so excuse me if I sound broken or make mistakes. I been married to my husband for 3 years and live with him close to his parents. Whenever I go there they barely talk to me, but they give me stuff for Christmas and my Birthday so I feel like they like me, or i thought so until I stated to notice some patterns....

First they always compare me to their children (except my husband) I never graduated and my husband brother graduate a few days ago, so they ask me "when will you graduate?" despite me saying before I would never do so, then the other day they bought gym equipment, and to give context and I am slim but really unfit (which I am working towards, it become relevant soon). Their daughter of 15 years old outdid me in everything, and they mocked me for it. To give some extra context, I deal with anxiety a lot before so I wouldn't do anything exercise-wise and used to be a shut-in... (I am in my 30's)

I try to start jogging and do exercise, but my husband father ridicule me saying that's nothing and I should be running 20 laps around and doing heavy lifting and I am like "what...?" in addition to that they buy food for all their children (even my husband for free which is fine I mean) but every time they offer me food they tell me I have to pay them in money the full cost of the food...

And his dad also makes fun of me for not having perfect English, even through I speak 3 languages and he speaks only one...I am thinking recently I should just keep my distance and avoid going when my husband goes. What do you think?
