Scenario Editor: Create Decision

Has anyone tried the new “Create Decision” condition in the scenario editor? I’m trying to learn how it works and test it by creating a simple yes or no question but I can’t get it to work. I can’t even get the question to pop up, let alone the answer part. In fact, when I set up the trigger and come back to it, the text in the option fields has disappeared which makes me think I’m doing it completely wrong. Maybe there needs to be some sort of code that makes the options appear on screen?
