I've cheated on my wife with a coworker

I never thought I'd be making such a post here. I've always been so against people who did these kind of things and I ended up being the same as them

I met my wife 12 years ago and we got married 10 years ago. She's the love of my life and she's the best thing that ever happened to me. I work in fintech and she's a teacher and sit pretty good financially (I also have some side projects that I work with). I even bought her a car last month.

Last week, my coworker and I were the last ones at the office around 9pm or so. She's an attractive female, but I never ever in my life would think of a sexual interaction between us two. We started talking and she was the first one to start flirting. I thought she was just kidding and I played the same card so I started to flirt back just for fun (again, I had no sexual thoughts on my mind). A bad decision which led to worse decision.
It was quick and stupid. It happened in the bathroom. Immediately after, I felt physically sick with guilt. I even stopped in the middle of it and ran out of the office knowing the mistake I did. I couldn't believe what I've fucking done.

I love my wife so much and if I tell her I know she will be devastated. But I can't live knowing what I did to her.
