rant
ranting abt a jc near woodlands. Seriously, the school has a lot of room for improvement. I get the need for strict monitoring of students, but constantly monitoring isnt always the best. jc is already tough, how can u expect us to do every single assignments if not we get a downgrade on conduct grade? Literally people can get academic indiscipline from not doing one tutorial, or from having explosive bombs in the cubicles and coming back with an acad indiscipline cuz u were not in class. I understand that welfare is heavily emphasised, but how can u ensure that when students are already not coping with the more complex content and yet we have to deal with the constant threatening of "acad indiscipline" for any behavior that any teacher finds annoying. literally some teachers can threaten for the fun of it, and some teachers just like to use their students as their emotional outlets. Seriously, 17 year olds who are already stressed out over phosphoester bonds and collagens have to deal with the fear of not drinking water cuz if not have to hold it in during class. Or getting mocked for poor results cuz we are not working hard enough. Idk but this feels pri sch. Even innocent students are not left alone. I get that it is cuz of the bad influences that this school might have taken in, but seriously, those who break the rules are have read the rules. And giving them more unwritten rules to break isnt gonna break them. Those who are the disadvantaged are those who are abiding by the rules out of pure respect. Not out of pure want. Those who hate the rule equally but do it anyways. And yet for the unwritten rules written for the prior, the latter are judged equally for "fair judgement". This is shit. idk maybe im just too immature.
