Time to jump back in! question on Merge though

Hey guys years during covid lockdown years ago, I managed to download the 6,7,8 merge on my old computer.

It was alot of fun, now I have a new computer, and I want to play again.

I'm just wondering if there's any new patches or a better updates merge I should get? I should also mention my new computer is Windows 11, will I have to do any tinkering to get it to work?

I've actually just copied the merge and all it's files to a thumbdrive, and hoping I can just plug it in and play on my new computer?
