Do I plug the O2 sensor after getting a full exhaust and LLoydz Tune?

I noticed when installing the Toce headers that they had a port available to plug in the existing O2 sensor wire and didn't know whether that is what I was supposed to do. On another bike when I did a bench tune the shop just zip tied the O2 wire as there wasn't even a port.
