how to keep it professional when I feel like the prosecutor is flirting with me

I got hit by a racing car and the culprit didnt honor the compromised agreement which was to get my car fixed.

the case has escalated to court, people of the ph vs accused of reckless imprudence resulting to damage to property.

i hired a private lawyer to expedite the case but my lawyer has not met my expectations. long story short, our case always gets rescheduled because of technicalities. (ex. no copy of judicial affidavit sent on time to the other party’s lawyer, missing usb of cctv, etc)

and so I decided to withdraw and rely on the prosecutor of the case. He got my fb messenger and asked me if I have already cleared it up woth my lawyers. then he started to ask me about my art and how proud he is to see my works (i post art and songs). i dont feel comfortable because it’s unrelated to the case.

how do I politely communicate that I am only interested in legal things. my dillema is that Ive invested so much already and when he said he can help put this case to a close, I just dont want to compromise that.
