Good morning! I am looking for a one year rental in either Placencia or Hopkins and have come across a website that I have a question about.

Is anyone familiar with Rentberry? I’m confused about their pricing. I am seeing, for example, a room without a kitchen for BZD 5,255. It isn’t on the water. That would be over $2,600/mo in US dollars? And the prices all go up from there.

In comparison, Flowers Property Management appears to have larger, better equipped homes for a small fraction of the costs at Rentberry.

I feel like I’m missing something.
