Let's talk about PVP

I've wanted to get in to this game since it's released and I'm thinking about buying it now when the new update comes. Let's talk about PvP in its current state, is it worth playing if you're a PvP player? I'm coming from tarkov and I can't see myself enjoying doing tasks without the possibility of running in to enemy players.

Another thought, since the game is divided into 3 factions spread out across the map, does the promote you to run into the other factions areas in any way?

Also I want to add that people who enjoy PvE, continue to do so, I'm simply asking if this game is enjoyable for a player who wants alot of PvP.
