for context: im mythical glory 74 stars in solo queue SEA lobby (which could be my fault in itself), and i just played this match which had normal matchmaking (no two people mained the same lane), but the zilong, a roam main (43 recent matches on roam) chooses to pick zilong on pick 4 even after selena had already locked jungle in draft (pick 3). this was still fine since the sun (pick 2) chose to just go roam, selena stayed jungle and zilong could have just gone exp, and it wld still be a viable team comp. however, a few seconds before the game started, zilong suddenly equips retri and starts trolling the game.

additional context was that the zilong wanted to play irithel despite having 0 recent matches w her, then i typed in the chat to ask him to adjust to play his main role, which was roam, especially since we already had an mm player. he seemed to agree, since he changed to show chip in the draft, but ends up choosing to lock zilong.

the zilong then proceeds to grief the selena's jungle from the start (shown in the vid). after that, the sun and selena both just start trolling also and they three just stood in the base recalling and using skills while me and the lesley tried to play the game but it was a 5v2

how is it possible that even in mythic glory lobbies people still choose to act like children?

like how am i supposed to enjoy a game like this when i still end up losing a star when im literally playing a 5v2? i mean wouldnt i assume at this rank that everyone would want to win? and like even after reporting, nothing is still going to happen to them, and at max its just a -5 credit score deduction, not like im going to get my star back since nothing is being done

i genuinely feel like the game is being completely destroyed by players like these.

thanks for listening to my rant, if you read this far 😅. feel free to drop experiences of your own, it wouldnt hurt to see how dark the system is for yall as well.
