Trying to remember an Amitabh Bachchan movie

When I was little I watched an Amitabh Bachchan movie and all i remember from it was he had a friend who had no legs/legs didn't work and moved using a flat trolley on wheels - the friend ends up falling into a river when being chased by bad guys.

I'm trying to remember this film but haven't had any luck so far. Hoping someone remembers the title
