Clogged milk ducts

After a month of breastfeeding all of a sudden I constantly keep getting clogged ducts. Usually when my son feeds he unclogs them but now they seem to be sticking around. I will see a lactation consultant but in the meantime thought I’d come here to see if anyone had experienced the same/has advice?

I really don’t want mastitis ofc and would love to breastfeed for as long as possible so anything I can do to help I will try.
