Late last night, an exclusive committee added a new requirement for hopeful applicants for membership. By a unanimous vote, all applicants must now fully believe in Joe Henry to even be considered. Now one may ask: “what the heck does that have to do with anything?". Answer: oh nothing but also EVERYTHING.

Thus it is my honor and my esteemed PRIVILEGE to present this week's edition of the league tiers.

MVP

Michigan

We said “until another threat in the USFL conference emerges". While Birmingham is still just practicing and oh what a practice it was against San Antonio, Michigan is finally going all in with Perkins and that could be the threat to Birmingham’s crown. At least that playoff game should be very entertaining.

4 Games

DC+Birmingham+St. Louis

These three are the committee's picks to go to the playoffs crossing the midpoint of the season. All 3 of these teams have to just hang on for 4 games and not massively collapse. While it may seem as boring as last year, we think the race will be more compelling, with seeding not locked until that final week. St. Louis@DC week ten, enjoy yourself.

Another Year

Arlington+Houston+Memphis

All 3 of these teams have moments where if you squint hard enough you can see flashes of winning football. Sadly though, for these three teams, it's not nearly consistent enough and they'll be home for the playoffs.

Any life yet?

San Antonio

Hey San Antonio y'all still trying right? The Committee is calling for a vibe check down there.
