help! What sedan should I purchase?

Hey Reddit, I'm looking to purchase a NEW 2025 model of a sedan. The budget is something under 25k MSRP. This is a car I'll be driving for the next 10 years. No kids anytime soon, so space isn't really an issue. It'll be a daily driver. I don't intend to drive it like a Ferrari since this is the first car I'll be fully paying for.

Some things that are important to me-

Design (interior and exterior) - I don't like ugly cars and I don't like cheap looking cars on the inside and outside. Give me some recs for the sexiest new sedans.

Good mileage - I want something that will get me at least decent mileage.

Transmission - I know most of these models come with CVT, but I was wondering if I should avoid them and look at non CVT models like the Mazda3.

Power - I want something with decent brakes / good acceleration. I know I'm not getting a Ferrari but I want something that I feel comfortable with and will keep me safe on the road. A reactive car that feels good.

Low lifetime maintenance - this is a car I'll keep for the next 10 years. I probably will put 10-12k miles a year on it. I don't want to buy a cheap car now and have to pay more later with maintenance and issues.

Right now some cars I'm looking at are

Versa, Sentra, K4, Elantra, Jetta, Civic, Corolla.

Any advice is appreciated! Also if there are any sites / youtubers you think that review cars well, please point me in that direction.
