Day to Day of a Premed Post Bacc?

As the title says, just wondering what a typical day looks like while you are in a post bacc program?

Are you in classes/at school from 9-5 and studying after or is it a couple hours of classes and then independent study for the rest of the day?

Do you have any sort of life outside of the program?
