Does 7OH stop norcos from working?

So I started taking 7OH because I don’t get enough norcos from pain management. People told me that 7OH wasn’t initially working cause I’d been on norcos- I did get it to work just in higher doses someone not tolerant to any opiates would need (like 50-60 to start instead of 15-20 or less. So the last time I tried norcos was after using 7OH for a couple weeks, 3 did nothing. I decided to continue using 7OH for another week and this morning I just took 4 10 mg norcos to see if a higher dose would effect me at all. Have I completely fucked my self over and now need to stop 7OH for awhile just to get norcos to work again?
