Has anyone noticed things are getting smaller?

recently i’ve noticed the amount of liquid in hot drinks has increased so it’s just foam at the top, the steak bakes have shrunken, baggy eyes smaller, sausage rolls have gotten thinner yet everything is increasing. Am i the only person who’s noticed this or am i going crazy
