I’m getting ready to sell my house, and as a neurodivergent person (ADHD, Dyslexia, autism, OCD), I’m feeling pretty overwhelmed by the whole process. I’d love some guidance on:

1.	Finding the Right Real Estate Agent and Selling a Home When Your Brain Is Wired Differently

•	How do I find someone who communicates clearly and can break things down step-by-step?

•	What questions should I ask to figure out if they’re patient, organized, and neurodivergent-friendly?

•	Any tips for staying organized and avoiding overwhelm?

•	How do you keep track of all the moving parts without getting lost in the details?

•	What strategies helped you stay motivated and on track when selling?

If anyone has been through this or knows an agent who “gets it,” I’d love to hear your experiences and suggestions.
