I am in real financial crunch and I need help, rather than borrowing it I want to earn it. How can I get some help by everyone?

I want to earn atleat 30k INR be it a part time post or anything at this point. I am an Indian, can someone please help me. I don't know what to do and it's very urgent. As I explained I don't want to borrow it, but want to earn it. I do art, and I know soft skills, but I can't find any jobs, not even part time. What do I do? How do I get out of this?
