Disney+ showing evolution

Alright I’m in Canada and I was trying to find out if s18 will be out tomorrow or what and I looked up what would be coming out on Disney plus this month and it doesn’t show criminal minds episodes. The little ai overview thing said that season 18 wouldn’t be available on Disney+.. should I buy paramount plus so I can watch the new season?
