Looking for recommendations for small businesses in Central or South Jersey that carry unique (not mass produced, local to the area) gifts and momentos

Hi all,

I'm a North Jersey native who has very little familiarity with what the "spots" are anywhere south of exit 135. I have worked with someone for many years who is retiring soon and he is from the Pines. He is a nature lover, he volunteers to host free hiking tours and is generally not big on modern technology. He lives simply and sustainably and I want to give him a gift that he will appreciate and reflect his values and lifestyle.

We were thinking of something like a memory album that is preferably not mass produced or available at Amazon (he hates Amazon). New Jersey, wildlife preservation, and specifically his home area is very special to him and I'd like to find a gift that would incorporate some of those things. For further context, he is retiring after 30 years and I would also need it fairly soon, so custom items are unfortunately not going to work with the timeline I was given.
