2000s Australian Dinosaur Video Game - Australian Primary School

From what I remember, there was this guy in a blue form-fitting outfit and black spiky hair. There was also a lady who would give him missions. The first mission is him hovering around on his spaceship collecting info about dinosaurs. One was a water level with a plesiosaur. One had a t-rex. And one was a jungle level. I believe it's Australian. Any ideas?
