I can’t cry anymore. Is it the Quetiapine / Seroquel?
I’m on 100mg per day.
My therapist seems to be trying to encourage me to cry to release sadness and it’s made me realise that I never cry anymore. Maybe occasionally I cry if I’m frustrated but never from sadness. I’ve deliberately tried to cry by thinking about sad things and watching sad films etc, I feel sad but I don’t cry. Could it be the meds? The only thing that used to make me cry with any kind of frequency was arguing in relationships, but I’ve been single for several years so that doesn’t happen anymore. And again I think that might have been frustration not sadness. I’m looking for an explanation that isn’t I am cold and dead inside!
