Cranky FA's

I'm on UA53 ZRH to IAD as we speak and just commening bc its a long flight and I'm bored. I'm not a big time flyer, 4-5 x a year, but loyal and have 2 of their cards.
Jesus the flight attendants are cranky. Like I'm afraid to ask for a drink b/c I'll get kicked off the plane. 4 hours in I have the nerve to ask for a coke. "Ma'am?" "What??" "When you have a chance, can I get a coke?" "Drinks will be served soon." and I was dismiised. Like did someone kill your cat kind of vibes. My goodness. I get it if you have a bad day, but its like all 4 of them. The plane is half empty. Is that it? Full moon? All 4 on menses?
