All rollbacks as bad as they look?

I've never experienced one on a launch coaster, even on something like Stealth one of my home parks (Thorpe Park) however I don't think I enjoy the idea of going up at over 200ft and rolling back down, not being able do anything about it as your locked into your seat via a harness. I love coasters and I do enjoy these particular ones, but just the thought of it rolling back really makes my stomach drop, and I've yet to ride TT2 which is double the height and goes 40mp faster than Stealth.

What makes people so excited for them or wishing they would get one like, idk I'm probably just a wuss, I just need help bracing myself for one if I ever get one haha.
