My right ear is COMPLETELY muffled out. All sounds are going to my left ear.

I’m kinda freaking out. I’m a pre teen and suddenly my right ear just got muffled one day and it’s gotten worse. I’m asking my mom to take me to the doctors but i’m so scared. I do not want surgery. I can hear the most tiny pops but it’s not clearing anything. I need advice or reassurance it’s nothing bad. What’s even worse is sometimes I hear ringing. Am i going deaf????
