Rosie Etienne customer service

Has anyone had any problems reaching Rosie Etienne customer service team? I have been emailing for days about wanting a refund but I’m not getting a response. I reached out on Instagram and explained the situation and they replied that their contact information is on the website, not helpful at all considering I already know this and I’ve been emailing them for days now. It states in their returns policy that items need to be returned 30 days after receipt and to contact them first so they can start the returns process but I’m finding it impossible
