Wellbutrin 150mg – Day 8-9: Foggy, Irritable, Muted Emotions, Muscle Tension – Anyone else?

Hi everyone, I'm currently on Wellbutrin 150mg (bupropion) for depression and ADHD and just finished Day 9.

Here’s what I’ve been experiencing (starting around Day 8):

-Foggy, cloudy head – like I can't think clearly or remember things

-Highly irritable – everything gets under my skin

-Muted emotions – I don’t feel sad or happy, just flat

-Low motivation and focus – which is frustrating since I’m taking this for ADHD

-Muscle tension – especially in my neck

-Frequent urination and feeling warm, especially at night

-Tossing and turning at night, poor sleep

-Increased anxiety or a vague fear that something bad might happen

I know early side effects are common, but I’m not sure what’s normal or what’s a red flag. Has anyone had a similar adjustment period with Wellbutrin? Did it pass?!? Makes me reconsider why I'm on it. 😔
