Engagement survey: go extreme or go unnoticed
If you're filling out the employee engagement survey, make sure your answers actually get seen. Anything in the middle—like "Agree" or "Neutral"—pretty much gets averaged out and ignored.
If you really want your voice to matter, go with “Strongly Agree” or “Strongly Disagree” where it applies. That’s what gets flagged and reviewed.
This is one of the few chances we get to say how things actually are—whether it’s about hours, staffing, support, or anything else. Don’t waste it by playing it safe.
Speak up, and make it count.
