First interview but…

Hey guys, so after months of trying I finally got invited for a job. However, the issue is.. the job requirements matches my profile only about 20-30% (different educational requirement, language needed is C1 and so on..) I haven’t made any changes to my CV, i am using the same CV which I have used that made my inbox full of rejections.. even i have written my German is B1…

So, my question is it an error from HR and tips on how should I prepare myself for this profile which is different from my existing one?
