How the F*** do I E-sign?

I've been at this for a half hour. I've made an account, downloaded the app and looked everywhere for the option to E-sign and I can't find one. They keep teasing me as well with options that say "change your delivery date or e-sign if you won't be home." But I always get redirected to the same tracking page that won't let me do anything at all.

Please help. This shit is infuriating.
