X1 Carbon 13g Aura edition really worth it?

Hi, I never ever used any thinkpad before and no I do not code. I've been laptop hunting for 5 months now thinking what to get. My final candidates are surface laptop 7 15in (snapdragon), asus zenbook s14, and finally, the thinkpad x1 carbon 13 gen aura edition. They are all equal in 32gb of ram and 1tb storage. I just want a laptop that is going to last me a decade and asus is not very know to be well built. I've never used a surface laptop but they are nicely built and has a long battery life. However, it is snapdragon and I'm just worried I might face some issues with the programs for banks and stuff (Korea is very annoying about you need to download this and that anti hack whatever software just do get any files or even pay using cards). And finally the x1 carbon, well known for its durability, it is my top pick. However, it is extremely over priced. Literally, zenbook is 6 - 800 dollar cheaper for better battery life and performance.

What should i get?

I would appreciate your honest opinion and please don't be bias. Thank you
